We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- With all original tags/ ribbon and hygiene labels attached.
- For hygiene reasons, knickers are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment once your return is received and approved by our team. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Important to note:
- A £2.95 returns fee will be deducted from all returns.
- No refund will be issued without valid proof of postage.
- Items that do not meet our return criteria (e.g., worn, marked or missing tags) will not be refunded, and may be returned to sender.

We will then issue you a return label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Yes, multiple items from the same order can be returned together in one parcel. However, items from separate orders must be returned in separate parcels.
Please ensure all return information is included and that each item meets our return criteria.
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you’ll get an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to us for it to be processed.
Yes, we accept international returns. Returns are to be sent at the customer's own costs and using a tracked service. VSPR are not responsible for lost parcels, so please keep hold of your proof of postage.
Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. Any duties incurred by VSPR for the return of your parcel will be deducted from your refund.

International returns must be sent using a tracked service, and proof of postage is essential. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Without valid proof of postage, we’re unable to investigate or take responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Returns sent without prior contact or without proof of postage may be delayed or refused.
If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at help@vsprofficial.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, an exchange may not be possible, in which case we’ll ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
We’re so sorry if your order isn’t perfect. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving it at help@vsprofficial.com.
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it swiftly.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our warehouse.
Unfortunately:
- We cannot issue refunds for items that are not received
- We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed in transit without proof of delivery
This is why we strongly advise using a tracked service.
If an international order is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs charges, the return shipping costs and unpaid customs charges may be deducted from any refund issued. If we do not receive your order back from the courier, we will not be able to issue a refund.
