UK Orders
You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return through our returns portal. Returned items must be received by us within 28 days of delivery.
International Orders
You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you must send the items back within 14 days.

RETURNS FAQS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be:
- Unworn, unused and in original condition.
- Returned with all original tags, ribbon and hygiene labels attached.
- For hygiene reasons, knickers are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened.
UK customers must register their return within 14 days of delivery using our returns portal.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment once your return is received and approved by our team. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Important to note:
- If you use a return label provided through our returns portal, a fee of £2.95–£3.45 will be deducted from all UK refunds, depending on the service chosen.
- No refund will be issued without valid proof of postage.
- Items that do not meet our return criteria (e.g., worn, marked or missing tags) will not be refunded, and may be returned to sender.
To arrange a return, visit our returns portal and login with your order number and email or phone number used at the time of placing the order.
Yes, multiple items from the same order can be returned together in one parcel. However, items from separate orders must be returned in separate parcels.
Please ensure all return information is included and that each item meets our return criteria.
Yes. When you choose store credit through our returns portal, you'll receive 15% more value than your original refund amount.
For example, if you're eligible for a £100 refund, you can choose £115 in VSPR store credit instead. Once your return has been received and processed by our team, your store credit will be issued and can be used on any future purchase at vsprofficial.com
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you’ll get an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to us for it to be processed.
Yes, we accept international returns.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you must send the item back within 14 days.
International returns are arranged and paid for by the customer and must be sent using a tracked service. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are received at our warehouse, so please retain your proof of postage and tracking information.

Any duties, taxes or customs charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If any duties, taxes, customs charges, carrier fees or return shipping costs are incurred by VSPR as a result of the return, these may be deducted from your refund.

International returns must be sent using a tracked service, and proof of postage is essential. We strongly recommend retaining your proof of postage and tracking information until your refund has been processed.
Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Without valid proof of postage and tracking information, we may be unable to assist with investigations into parcels lost in transit.
Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.
If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at help@vsprofficial.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, an exchange may not be possible, in which case we’ll ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
We’re so sorry if your order isn’t perfect. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving it at help@vsprofficial.com.
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it swiftly.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our warehouse.
Unfortunately:
- We cannot issue refunds for items that are not received.
- We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed in transit where the return shipment has been arranged by the customer.
This is why we strongly advise using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage and tracking information until your refund has been processed.
If an international order is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs charges, the return shipping costs and unpaid customs charges may be deducted from any refund issued. If we do not receive your order back from the courier, we will not be able to issue a refund.
