What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and any hygiene seals attached. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment once your return has been received and approved by our warehouse. A £2.95 returns fee will be deducted from all UK returns using our provided return label. No refund will be issued if items do not meet our return criteria - in that case the items may be returned to you.
How do I return an item?
Visit the VSPR Returns Portal at https://www.vsprofficial.com/apps/return_prime and log in with your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout. Follow the instructions to log your return - once approved, you will receive details of how to send your item back.
Can I return multiple items in one parcel?
Yes, multiple items from the same order can be returned together in one parcel. Items from different orders need to be logged separately through the returns portal - please include all order numbers inside the parcel.
When will I receive confirmation of my return?
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7 working days from delivery for processing, and a further 14 days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
Do you accept international returns?

International returns are at the cost of the customer and must be sent using a tracked service, and proof of postage is essential - we strongly recommend retaining this until your refund has been processed. Without valid proof of postage, we are unable to investigate or take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you would like to request an exchange, please email us at help@vsprofficial.com and we will do our best to help. The fastest way to get the size, colour or piece you want is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We are so sorry if your order isn't perfect. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our team at help@vsprofficial.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right.
What happens if my return doesn't reach your warehouse?
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our warehouse. We cannot issue refunds for items that are not received, and we are not liable for parcels lost or delayed in transit without proof of delivery. This is why we strongly advise using a tracked service.
Can I return an item that was refused at customs or delivery?
If an international order is refused or returned to sender due to unpaid customs charges, the return shipping fees and any associated customs costs will be the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.
