Frequently Asked Questions
Orders
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it as we begin processing quickly to ensure prompt dispatch. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
Standard Delivery orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours on business days. During busier periods, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery method once an order has been placed. All orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt dispatch, and as a result, amendments cannot be made.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you. Be sure to have your order number ready.
Shipping
Standard Shipping: £4.99 (3-10 business days, tracked via Royal Mail or equivalent)
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. VSPR is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, with original tags and hygiene seals intact. For hygiene reasons, knickers are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened.
UK returns: £2.95 will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose not to use our provided return label, you are welcome to arrange your own return. Please email us at help@vsprofficial.com to arrange your return.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. Returns sent without proof of postage, or unclaimed parcels, may result in deductions from your refund or no refund being issued.
If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us at help@vsprofficial.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, an exchange may not be possible, in which case we’ll ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
