We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout. All international parcels are sent using a tracked service. VSPR is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs inspections or carrier service disruptions.

Custom duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

For customers in the European Union, orders over €150 may be subject to local import VAT and, depending on the product’s country of origin, customs duties and carrier handling fees in accordance with EU import regulations. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier handling costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us for any reason, original shipping fees and any additional return or processing costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note, if a parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or disposed of by the courier due to failure to collect or pay applicable charges, no refund will be issued.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email.

If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., lost, delayed, or damaged parcels), please contact our Customer Experience team at help@vsprofficial.com. We recommend reaching out within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. VSPR is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. Our shipping fees are kept minimal to ensure swift, reliable delivery via trusted courier partners.
